CHALLENGE: Create a pop-up destination for London Fashion Week sponsors, Maybelline New York - inviting the world’s biggest names in beauty and fashion to immerse themselves in the latest brand story.
IDEA: We started an Urban Rebellion. With a striking visual language that juxtaposed beautiful red roses and shimmering geometric crystals against an urban London aesthetic, we tempted guests away from rail upon rail of clothing and into a beauty playground.

CAME IN LIKE A WRECKING BALL
Take a peek at the concept art for the Urban Rebellion, including a feature-size crystal wrecking ball breaking through the walls; glitter seeping through cracked concrete; and a rose & chain installation suspended form the ceiling.

The beauty of London Fashion Week? It happens twice a year - meaning I got my mitts on the Maybelline Pop-Up briefs for both Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter collections. Each one fresh and unique, but equally gorgeous to bring to life.
