CHALLENGE: Create the brand Tone of Voice for London-based independent jewellery house, Blacklock Jewellery, bringing to life everything from bridal diamonds to bespoke commissions for the launch of the new website and Instagram.

IDEA: Infinite Elegance. Crafting the brand’s Tone of Voice around the core principle of Infinite Elegance, I owned all UX writing across the refreshed website, plus social content too.

    Inspired by everything from the Bletchley Park codebreakers to the Suffragettes - each collection had a rich and often surprising story to tell. My job was to blend imaginative storytelling with clear callouts of intricate product details such as scintillating diamonds cuts and gemstone colouring.
