HYDRATION STATION

CHALLENGE: Launch Clarins’ new Hydra-Essentiel range with an educational experience that dramatises the unique ‘leaf of life’ ingredient story - as well as the extreme dehydrating effects of modern day life on our skin.

IDEA: We built the Clarins Hydration Station: a sensorial space that blended botanics with technology. The central experience invited people to go face on with a 4D thermic shock wall, bringing to life the “environmental enemies” that affect our skin - such as extreme heat, cold winds and pollution. Touring London, Leeds, Birmingham and Newcastle, it was another fantastic example of working closely with Clarins to place creative technology at the heart of their story.

ESSENTIEL EXPERIENTIAL

Our minimalist pop-up design featured a chic glass raindrop installation and a powerful thermic shock wall, which took visitors on a journey through the daily aggressors that their skin faces - and then equipped them with knowledge and personalised products to help them combat each one.

ENVIRONMENTAL ENEMIES

Our Thermic Shock content combined animation, sound, scent and even blasts of wind to tell the story of each aggressor, creating a 4D experience that had never been seen before in a touring health and beauty experience.
